Hi, I’m Leonard – Data Analysis Expert in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and SAP IS-U.

I’ve helped teams in public transportation and energy turn data into real results. At VGF Frankfurt, I used Power BI and SQL to analyze train punctuality, leading to actions that cut average delays by 1:32 minutes. At COM Software GmbH, I co-developed a workforce allocation tool with dashboards, API integration, and predictive staffing, reducing unscheduled idle times through early warnings of shortages and expiring contracts.

Now at Mainova, I manage analytics for device data in SAP IS-U, create executive KPIs, and support planning and resource forecasting. Since launching our data pipeline, we’ve reduced open system bugs by 42,3% and increased process stability by 8,1%.

Outside of work, I love exploring public datasets and trying out marketing analytics. My recommendations helped shutupandmove._ (Instagram) grow by 32,4% and increase engagement by 3,1%.

I’m now moving into full-time freelance work to combine my passion for data with discovering the world.
